Please check the instructions below when making a reservation.

We would like to inform you that reservations are only available for those who agree.

Reservations cannot be made by phone or text message.

1. Reservations can only be made on the real-time website. (Can't make a reservation on the phone)

2. You can't change the reservation date. (Reservation again after refund)

3. Visits and invitations from other guests other than the number of reservations are prohibited. If caught, it is a reason for non-entry and is immediately checked out and non-refundable.

4. If you deposit within 2 hours of reservation, the reservation will be automatically confirmed, and the reservation based on the accommodation date will be confirmed if you deposit within 1 hour. 

   If the time is exceeded, the reservation will be canceled automatically. For reservations, it is difficult to confirm the deposit if you inquire an hour before the deposit through the automatic confirmation system. 

   It's been more than two hours after the reservation, but if you haven't received a text message confirming the reservation, please contact us.

5. Refunds can only be made by the same person with the reservation/depositor/refunded name (ex-booker-Hong Gil-dong, depositor-Hong Gil-dong, refund account name-Hong Gil-dong).

6. Reservations will proceed only when the reservation and depositor are the same. 

   (If the reservation is not made for the above reasons, Mimmy Mimmy will not be responsible) Please keep that in mind:)

7. You can't get a refund during your stay because you can't completely block pests because you're facing the sea and mountains.

8. You cannot transfer or transfer reservations.

9. You can request a refund through My Page at the bottom left of the official website. If you request a refund, the room cancellation will proceed immediately. 

    Please note that account transfers for actual refunds are made every Friday.

10. In very rare cases, we will refund 50% of the accommodation fee if you cannot use the swimming pool due to a breakdown.

11. In the event of measures such as closing rooms by the quarantine authorities or related agencies due to COVID-19, 

      Inform the customer of this fact and notify the cancellation of the reservation at the same time as the full refund of the room fee. There is no responsibility for the cancellation of the reservation.

12. You can't enter due to COVID-19 self-quarantine or confirmation, or you can't get a refund in case of cancellation.

13. You can't get a refund even if you cancel your reservation on the same day due to a natural disaster.

14. If you cancel after the reservation is completed, there will be a refund penalty according to our pension refund regulations.

15. Please make sure to write down the reservation number issued when making a reservation. (Reservation number will also be sent by e-mail.)

16. Refund regulations are fair contracts between you and Mimme, so if you agree, please proceed.

17. Information related to reservation waiting, reservation confirmation, reservation cancellation, and refund will be sent by text or e-mail, so please contact us if you haven't received it.

18. Please call us immediately after making a reservation to check the room condition and prepare for the swimming pool when booking the accommodation on the same day.

19. There is no TV. (I only thought about the specialness and concentration of Mimmy Mimmy in this space.)

20. Personal hygiene products such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, and shower caps are not provided.

21. If breakfast is placed in the management building from 8 a.m. according to the standard number of people, you must carry it according to the number. (Please note that the food you want, such as infant food, cannot be changed or added, and it consists of a batch of Korean lunch boxes.))

22. When requesting additional supplies, they are placed in each locker (number) of the management operation. (Tissue, towel, etc.)

23. Cash receipts can be issued only when you apply for accommodation reservations. (We will give you a voluntary issuance number in the future, so you have to register directly on the website of Hometax.)

24. The number of people admitted is two, and the maximum number of people is four, including infants and children. You can't enter if the maximum number of people exceeds the maximum number of people.

25. Two or more people, excluding their families, are prohibited from staying alone. (ex-male, male, female, female)

26. Children under the age of 13 must sign the consent form for children's safety in the room on the day they enter together.

27. When going up and down stairs, hold the railing and slowly fulfill your duty of care, and infants and children should use it with their guardians.

28. Please use the facility and pay special attention to personal safety management, and you will be responsible for safety accidents caused by carelessness.

29. When ordering delivery food, please go out to the entrance of the parking lot and receive it. (No outsiders other than the number of guests are allowed to enter.)

1. The hot water area of the swimming pool is maintained around 35 to 40 degrees Celsius, and new water is supplied at check-in. 

    It is a system that cannot be maintained continuously. (You can swim for 3 to 5 hours)

    It is difficult to increase or adjust to the desired temperature by turning on additional hot water. Please refer to it before making a reservation.

    (Depending on the weather, there may be differences in rain, snow, and minus temperature.)

2. Diving is absolutely prohibited because the water is shallow.

3. Drinkers and heart disease are prohibited from using the swimming pool.

4. When using the swimming pool in the room, other foreign substances such as bath bombs and foam baths are prohibited from being used due to drainage and tile discoloration in the swimming pool. 

   Please note that if you violate this, liability compensation for facility management will be charged.

5. When going up and down the stairs of the swimming pool, you should slowly fulfill your duty of care, and pregnant women, infants, children, and the elderly should use it with your guardian.

6. Be careful because the floor may be slippery when using facilities such as swimming pool floors/room floors.

7. Please pay attention to safety as there is a risk of falling when leaning or playing around in the swimming pool.

8. The swimming pool hot water area is divided into hot water areas and cold water areas, but all are available. 

    (In the hot water area, lukewarm water is supplied according to all seasons except July and August.) 

9. Never drain the water because the machine malfunctions when the drain cap of the swimming pool is removed.

10. When you use the swimming pool, you have to wear a swimsuit and a swimming cap. Please warm up enough before entering the swimming pool.

11. Infants, children, the elderly, and pregnant women should use the swimming pool with their guardians because it can be deep. 

12. The hot water area of the swimming pool is supplied with new water after entering, so if you contact us an hour before check-in, the hot water usage time will increase.

13. The hot water area of the swimming pool is supplied with new water after entering, so it may take about 30 minutes to an hour to receive water.

14. Glass products are not allowed in.

Make sure to wear diapers for water play under 15.36 months.

16. If you have a hangover for more than two nights, we will set up a new water in the hot water pool if requested. Please request a replacement time of about 3 hours in advance.

17. Eating and drinking in the swimming pool are prohibited. You will be responsible for any safety accidents that occur.

18. It takes 3 hours to set the swimming pool water. If you make a reservation on the same day, you need time to set the pool water and condition. 

      Please call me immediately after making a reservation. (Only for admission on the day of reservation)

1. Each villa can park one car in a dedicated parking lot. Additional vehicles cannot be parked, so please make sure to ask.

2. Check-in starts at 3 p.m. (You can't enter the previous complex.)

3. The villa parking lot is free of charge for the convenience of customers. I can't do maintenance, valet, etc. 

    Mimmyme is not responsible for theft in the vehicle, damage to the vehicle, or contact accidents in the parking lot.

1. There is a private barbecue area next to each building of all villas, so you can use it individually.

2. BBQ is available at 3pm.It's 9pm. However, it may be canceled without notice in weather such as strong winds and heavy snow. 

   (If you can't have a barbecue outside due to a natural disaster, we'll refund the barbecue fee separately.)

3. Personal cooking tools (charcoal/grill/electric/heating equipment, etc.) are prohibited from being brought in.

5. We only provide electric grill service, and you have to prepare your own food. (It is not available in case of rain or strong winds.)

6. Please be careful not to make noise until late.
